HELP PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19
Please be considerate of others and practice social distancing. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 please stay home or contact your health care provider.
Hours of Operation 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
The Amenity Areas are for residents and guests of Community homeowners only. The Association assumes no responsibility for the use of the common area by owners and their guests. Homeowners are financially responsible for damage done to common areas by any family member or guest

Owners/Residents and their Guests Swim at their Own Risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Owners/Residents and their Guests must enter and exit the pool area through the Pool Gates only. Climbing over the fence is strictly prohibited.

Non potty-trained children must wear plastic water-tight pants or swim diapers at all times

All trash must be properly disposed of in the pool area trash containers.

Glass, porcelain, pottery or other breakable objects of any kind are not allowed in the pool area.

Chewing gum is not allowed in the pool area.

Smoking is not allowed in the pool area.

Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

The volume level of radios and other sound-producing equipment must not disturb others in the pool area.

Diving is not allowed.

Running in the pool area is strictly prohibited.

Roller blades, bicycles, skateboards, and other types of recreational equipment not specifically designed for use at the pool are strictly prohibited.

Pool Furniture and other equipment must not be removed from the pool area.

Pool parties are strictly prohibited

Grills of any type are strictly prohibited

All existing posted signs and rules at the pool area also apply to all residents and their guests.

Return all loungers, tables and chairs to their original position before exiting the pool
